摘　　要：目的系统评价黄葵胶囊联合ARB类降压药治疗肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法通过检索CNKI、万方数据库、VIP、CBM及PubMed数据库,收集黄葵胶囊联合ARB类降压药治疗肾小球肾炎的随机对照试验,根据纳入、排除文献标准和结局指标对所有文献进行筛选,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献25篇,累计患者2 131例。Meta分析结果显示,相较于单用ARB类降压药,黄葵胶囊联合ARB类降压药可显著提高临床疗效[OR=4.67,95%CI(3.49,6.25),P <0.000 01]并降低24 h尿蛋白含量[MD=-0.40,95%CI(-0.47,-0.34),P <0.000 01]、血肌酐水平[MD=-18.96,95%CI(-24.94,-12.99),P <0.000 1]和尿素氮水平[MD=-0.61,95%CI(-1.06,-0.16),P=0.008]。结论黄葵胶囊联合ARB类降压药治疗肾小球肾炎疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huang Kui Jiaonang combined with ARB in the treatment of glomerulonephritis by Meta-analysis system. Methods Randomized controlled trials of Huang Kui Jiaonang combined with ARB in the treatment of glomerulonephritis is collected by searching CNKI, WANFANG DATA, VIP, CBM and PubMed databases. All literatures are screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and outcome measures. Meta-analysis is performed by RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 25 pieces of literature are included, with a total of 2 131 patient. Meta-analysis show that Huang Kui Jiaonang combined with ARB improved the clinical effect[OR = 4.67, 95 % CI（3.49, 6.25）, P〈0.000 01] than ARB only obviously, decreased 24 h UP [MD =-0.40, 95 % CI（-0.47,-0.34）, P〈0.000 01], Scr [MD =-18.96, 95 % CI（-24.94,-12.99）, P〈0.000 1] and BUN [MD =-0.61, 95 % CI（-1.06,-0.16）, P = 0.008]. Conclusion Huang Kui Jiaonang is combined with ARB had accuracy curative effect to treat glomerulonephritis.
