结脉、代脉、促脉辨析

摘　　要：中医传统28脉中,以节律不整齐为特征的脉象为"不整脉",包括脉搏歇止引起的部分节律不齐和每次跳动间隔时间不均匀引起的整体节律不齐。结脉、代脉和促脉是"不整脉"的代表,三者无论是在脉象特征还是主病方面都有相似之处,但同中有异。这3种脉象的表现与西医心律失常有一定的相关性。文章从结脉、代脉、促脉的来源、脉象异同、脉象的形成与主病、及其与心律失常之间的关系等方面辨析此3种脉象,以期更加准确地理解"不整脉"的脉象特征和临床意义。Among the 28 kinds of pulse in traditional Chinese medicine, the pulse characterized by irregular rhythm is called ＇irregular pulse＇, which includes the partial irregular rhythm caused by pulse pauses and the overall irregular rhythm caused by the uneven interval of each heartbeat. Irregularly intermittent pulse, regularly intermittent pulse and irregular-rapid pulse are the representatives of ＇irregular pulse＇. The three have similarities in terms of pulse characteristics and the diseases, but there are some differences among them. The symptoms of these three kinds of pulse are relevant to arrhythmias in western medicine. This article differentiated and analyzed these three kinds of pulse from the aspects of the origin, the similarities and differences, the formation and the disease of the pulse, the relationship between the pulse and arrhythmia, so as to understand the pulse characteristics and clinical significance of ＇irregular pulse＇ more accurately.
