基于关联规则的怒所致消渴病的证-症-药规律探析

摘　　要：目的:通过分析怒所致消渴病医案的证候、症状及用药,对怒所致消渴病的证-症-药规律进行探讨。方法:收集中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台等数据库中有关怒所致消渴病的医案,运用医案大数据分析系统对症状、药物进行频次统计及关联分析。结果:纳入医案480例,主要证候为肝胃郁热证及肝血不足证,常见症状有脉弦、口干、心烦、消瘦等,常用药物有柴胡、白芍、山药、茯苓等。症状与药物的关联分析显示口干、心烦等常见症状与柴胡、白芍等高频药物均存在相关性,诸症状与非高频药物荔枝核的关联度较高。结论:基于关联规则方法可挖掘怒所致消渴病的证-症-药规律,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。Objective： To explore the rules of traditional Chinese medicine ＇syndrome-symptom-herb＇ by analyzing the syndromes, symptoms and herbs in diabetes caused by anger. Methods： The medical records related to diabetes caused by anger were collected in the database of China National Knowledge Internet（CNKI）, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and other databases. The frequency statistics and correlation analysis of symptoms, herbs were conducted by the medical data analysis system. Results： A total of 480 cases were collected. The main syndromes were liver-stomach heat syndrome and liver blood deficiency syndrome. The common symptoms were pulse string, dry mouth, upset, weight loss. The commonly used drugs were Bupleuri Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Poria and so on. Symptoms and drug association analysis showed that dry mouth, upset and other symptoms were related with Bupleuri Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba and other high-frequency drugs, but the correlation of symptoms associated with non-high frequency drug litchi nuclear was high. Conclusion： Based on the association rule method, we can dig out the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine ＇syndrome-symptom-herb＇ in diabetes caused by anger, and provide scientific basis for clinical rational drug use.
