国医大师李士懋教授平脉辨证治疗三阳喘证经验

摘　　要：由于喘证的难治,素有"内不治喘"之说。国医大师李士懋先生临床运用平脉辨证思辨体系治疗喘证取得良效。李士懋先生认为喘证辨证应首重于脉。脉诊时,以沉取为本,沉取有力为实,无力为虚。治法上,虚则补之,实则泻之。三阳喘证可以是单一经的病变,也可以三经相合出现。寒热虚实错杂者,又当视孰轻孰重,具体论治。选方上,方无定方,法无定法。文章通过介绍李士懋先生以脉解舌、以脉解症的平脉思辨过程,以六经辨证作为切入点分析太阳、阳明、少阳三阳喘证的病因病机,具体治法和方药,为临床治疗喘证提供了新的思路和经验。As the saying goes ＇not treating asthma syndrome in the inside＇ because of treating it difficultly. TCM master LI Shi-mao treats asthma syndrome with using the speculative system of syndrome differentiation with normal pulse has achieved great effect. He thinks that it should place pulse to first one in syndrome differentiation of asthma syndrome. Taking the deep taking pulse as root when taking pulse to distinguish strong or weak, strong is excess and weak is dificiency. According to that the treatment are treating deficiency syndrome with tonifying methods and treating excess syndrome with purgative methods. Asthma of three yang syndrome is not a single existence, but can appear at the same time. Moreover, the patient with intermingled cold, heat, deficiency and excess should be treated specifically by distinguishing between light and heavy. There are no fixed prescription and method in using prescription. Taking syndrome differentiation of six channels theory as entry point this article analyzes cause of disease and pathogenesis, treating methods and prescriptions of asthma of three yang syndrome, which provide new thinking and experience for the clinical treatment of asthma syndrome.
