基于“体质土壤学说”的调体防控痰湿体质相关代谢性疾病的研究思路

摘　　要：目前糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压病等慢性病的高发病率、高致残率、高病死率成为困扰人类健康的主要问题。实现慢性病防治关口前移亟需找到新途径。本研究基于国医大师王琦教授"体质土壤"学说,提出"痰湿体质是许多代谢性疾病的共同土壤,其机制可能与免疫炎症进程、胰岛素抵抗及氧化应激反应失调有关"的假说。对平和体质及痰湿体质的"未病人群"、高脂血症边缘升高人群、2型糖尿病临床前期3类人群的共同分子通路表达进行检测分析对比,并观察王琦教授"化痰祛湿方"对其表达的调控效应及机制。本研究对于揭示中医痰湿体质的现代内涵,指导实施防控代谢紊乱性疾病,实现慢性病防治关口前移,具有重要的理论和实践意义。Nowadays, the increasing morbidity, disability rate and mortality of many chronic diseases such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia and hypertension have become major problems that threatened public health. New approaches need to be found to move forward the critical pass of the chronic diseases＇ prevention. Based on the theory of body constitution soil of master of TCM WANG Qi, this research proposed the hypothesis that the phlegm-dampness constitution is the common basis of metabolic diseases. The mechanism may be related to the immune inflammation process, imbalance of insulin resistance and oxidative stress reaction. This research will detect the peripheral blood mononuclear cell（PBMC） and serum protein expression of phlegmdampness constitution individuals among pre-disease populations, hyperlipidemia populations and type 2 diabetes populations of preclinical stage to comparing the molecular pathways expression, and further observe the regulating effects and mechanisms that Huatan Qushi Decoction（invented by professor WANG Qi） has on the common expression proteins. This research has important theoretical and practical significance on revealing the modern connotation of same treatment to different diseases of the phlegmdampness constitution, achieving the goal of better prevention and control of chronic diseases and promoting the wide application of the nine body constitution medical health plan.
