摘 要:湿性重浊黏滞,决定了湿证病程缓慢、顽固,不易治愈,若能从物质基础层面揭示湿证内涵,可以促进湿证客观化研究。系统生物学技术的引入,已表明湿证在物质基础层面有明确的分类,而如何从这些特定分类中提取可用于湿证临床诊断和疗效评价的量化指标,会成为困扰中医证候现代化研究而有待突破的关键科学问题。文章通过对系统生物学技术应用于湿证研究的相关文献进行梳理,发现许多文献都报道了筛选出的湿证客观标志物,为揭示证候的生物学内涵做出了一定的贡献,而系统生物学技术自身不足、研究样本数少、辨证不统一、把差异标志物认为是湿证形成的条件等又是共有的缺点。克服这些缺点,必将对有助于阐述中医湿证的生物学基础。Characteristic of dampness being heavy, turbid and viscous so that the pathogenesis of dampness syndrome is slow, stubborn and not easy to cure. The objective study of dampness syndrome can be promoted if we reveal the damp connotation from the level of the material foundation. The introduction of system biology technology has been shown a clear classification at the level of the material foundation. However, how to extract quantitative indexes from these specific classifications which can be used for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the curative effect of dampness syndrome will perplex the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome research and be a key scientific problem to be solved. Through reviewing the relevant literature on the application of systems biology technology in the study of dampness syndrome, we found that many documents have reported the screened objective markers of dampness syndrome, which had made some contributions to revealing the biological connotation of the syndrome. However, the system biology technology had its own shortcomings, the number of research samples was small, the differentiation of symptoms and signs was not unified, the differential markers were considered as the conditions for the formation of dampness syndrome were the common shortcomings. Overcoming these shortcomings will surely help to elucidate the biological basis of dampness syndrome in TCM.
