摘　　要：明代儒医张继科所著《三合集》,收载临床难症案例60余则。其行文叙证方式与一般医案迥异,多以经典之论隐喻脉证,再以脉证探析病理,以病理连带方药,凡论理必引经据典,凡论病必据持脉象,凡论脉必出自心得,凡处方必精切有据,凡落笔必独具文采。不仅是历代医案著述中罕见之精品佳作,更具备史料、文化、临床、流派等多重价值。The Sanhe Ji writed by ZHANG Ji-ke in Ming dynasty has recorded more than 60 difficult cases of clinical. The writing styles were completely different from the general medical works, it also used metaphor to describe the pulse syndrome by classical theory, and then analyzed the pathology through the pulse syndrome and associate with prescription by pathological. Furthermore, all theories were derived from the classics, all diagnose of disease were based on the pulse manifestation, all pulse were came from attainment, all prescriptions were depend on the evidence and all the writings had unique literary grace. This book is not only a rare ancient medical record in successive medical books, but also with historical, cultural, clinical and other multiple values.
