太阴病(脾阳虚证)“欲解时”胃的形态变化观察

摘　　要：目的:观察太阴病"欲解时"胃组织形态学的变化。方法:大承气汤灌胃建立太阴病(脾阳虚证)大鼠模型,分别观察正常组、模型组造模第1、6、12天太阴病"欲解时"(子时)实验动物胃组织形态学状况。结果:模型组和正常组子时胃黏膜腺体排列整齐,胃鳞状上皮及贲门腺体正常,细胞排列整齐,未见异常。结论:太阴病(脾阳虚证)病变时胃形态学未发生异常改变。Objective： To observe the morphological changes of gastric histology when taiyin disease ＇desire to solve＇. Methods： Dachengqi Decoction was used to establish the rat model of taiyin disease（spleen yang deficiency）. The changes of gastric histology in the normal group and model group animals with Taiyin disease ＇desire to solve＇（the midnight hour） on the 1 st, 6 th and 12 th day were observed respectively. Results： The gastric mucosa glands were neatly arranged in the model group and the normal group, the squamous epithelium and the cardiac gland were normal, and the cells were arranged neatly. Conclusion： The gastric tissue morphology of taiyin disease（spleen yang deficiency） don＇t change abnormally.
