摘　　要：目的:比较湿润烧伤膏纱条和化腐生肌膏纱条促进鼻内镜术后鼻黏膜恢复的疗效。方法:将96例有手术指征的诊断为慢性鼻窦炎/鼻息肉的患者随机分成两组,每组48例,治疗组在术后采用湿润烧伤膏纱条填塞鼻腔,对照组采用化腐生肌膏纱条填塞。比较两组患者在术后第2天的疼痛程度,比较两组在术后1个月的疗效和鼻黏膜恢复的时间。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组在术后第2天产生的疼痛较轻,术后1个月的疗效较好,鼻黏膜在3个月内的恢复率较高(P<0.05)。结论:在鼻内镜术后使用湿润烧伤膏纱条填塞鼻腔,来源方便,操作简单,价格低廉,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective： To compare the curative effect of Shirun Shaoshang Scream gauze and Huafu Shengji Scream gauze on the recovery of nasal mucosa after endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods： A total of 96 patients with surgical indications for the diagnosis of chronic sinusitis/nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups, 48 case in each group. The treatment group was filled with Shirun Shaoshang Scream gauze in the nasal cavity after operation, and the control group was filled with Huafu Shengji Scream gauze. Compared the pain levels of the two groups at the second day after the operation. Compared the curative effect one month after the operation and the time of nasal mucosa recovery. Results： Compared with the control group, pain level in the treatment group was less with better curative effect one month after the operation, and the recovery rate of nasal mucosa is higher within 3 months（P0.05）. Conclusion： The use of Shirun Shaoshang Scream gauze to fill the nasal cavity after nasal endoscopy is convenient, simple in operation, low in price and remarkable in curative effect, which is worth popularizing.
