温经通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温经通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法:按信封法将64例LDH患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。两组给予相同的常规保守治疗,观察组在此基础上给予温经通络汤口服,对照组不给予其它干预,疗程21d。比较两组VAS疼痛评分、腰椎JOA功能评分、Oswestry腰背及下肢功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组VAS、JOA、ODI评分明显改善(P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.37%)(P<0.05)。结论:温经通络汤可促进LDH症状缓解,改善生活质量,比单纯常规保守治疗疗效好。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Tongluo Decoction on lumbar disc herniation（LDH）. Methods： Sixty-four LDH patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 patients in each group. The two groups were given the same routine conservative treatment. The observation group was given Wenjing Tongluo Decoction orally, while the control group was given no other intervention, with a course of 21 days. The VAS score, the JOA score of lower back pain, the Oswestry dysfunction index（ODI） score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, the scores of VAS, JOA and ODI in the two groups were significantly improved（P0.01）, and the observation group were better than those in the control group（P0.01）; the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than the control group（70.37%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： Wenjing Tongluo Decoction can promote the symptom relief of LDH, and improve the quality of life, which is better than the routine conservative treatment.
