龟鹿二仙汤合阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松症

摘　　要：目的:观察龟鹿二仙汤合阿仑膦酸钠对绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法:选择绝经后骨质疏松症患者90例,所有患者均以碳酸钙D3(600mg/d)作为基础药,将其分为3组(龟鹿二仙汤组、阿仑膦酸钠组、龟鹿二仙汤+阿仑膦酸钠组),每组30例,各组予以相应药物。评价治疗前、治疗6个月后患者疼痛VAS评分和腰椎及股骨颈的骨密度。结果:与治疗前比较,3组治疗6个月后,患者腰椎及股骨颈的骨密度增加(P<0.05),疼痛VAS评分降低(P<0.05)。龟鹿二仙汤+阿仑膦酸钠组治疗6个月后其骨密度及疼痛的VAS评分优于龟鹿二仙汤组和阿仑膦酸钠组(P<0.05)。结论:龟鹿二仙汤合阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松症安全、有效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Guilu Erxian Decoction combined with alendronate sodium in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods： Ninety postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into three groups, all patients were treated with Caltrate D3（600 mg/d） as a basis for medication, 30 cases in each group（Guilu Erxian Decoction group, alendronate sodium group, Guilu Erxian Decoction＋alendronate sodium group）. The changes of pain VAS scores and bone mineral density before and after treatment were evaluated. Results： After six-month treatment, the bone mineral density of patients with lumbar and femoral trochanter increased significantly（P0.05）, and the pain VAS scores was significantly alleviated（P0.05）. And the improvement of bone mineral density and pain VAS scores in Guilu Erxian Decoction＋alendronate sodium group was better than that in Guilu Erxian Decoction and alendronate sodium group after six-month treatment（P0.05）. Conclusion： Guilu Erxian Decoction combined with alendronate sodium in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis is safe and effective.
