摘  要:针对10 kV级配电线路防雷保护措施无法指导特殊环境、高供电可靠性架空线,分析并建立了抽水蓄能电站连续倾斜架空线雷电过电压仿真模型;运用有限元法建立倾斜架空线杆塔空间分布模型,仿真分析了各级杆塔最大空间感应电场强度,为杆塔防雷保护配置提供指导依据;运用ATP-EMTP建立倾斜架空线分布参数模型,对比分析现有配置方案与依据感应电场强度定位后改进措施过电压防护效果,为防雷改造提供指导依据。Because of 10 -35 kV level distribution line lightning protection configuration program can't guide the special environment and high power supply reliability overhead line situation,a simulation model of continuous overturned overhead lightning over-voltage for pumped storage power station is analyzed and established; the spatial distribution model of the tilted overhead tower is established by using the finite element method,the maximum space induced electric field strength of towers at all levels is simulated. a tilted overhead line distribution parameter model is established by ATP-EMTP,existing configuration options and based on induction of electric field strength after the improvement measures over-voltage protection effect are compared to provide guidance for lightning protection.
