摘 要:带间隙氧化锌避雷器已广泛应用于输电线路。由于其正常运行时无泄漏电流,目前尚无有效的带电检测手段判断其性能劣化状况。本文通过35 kV氧化锌避雷器的雷电冲击试验,研究了氧化锌阀片老化与雷电冲击的幅值及大电流冲击的次数间的定量关系;以及大电流冲击时避雷器本体温升与其劣化程度的关系;提出了以氧化锌避雷器大电流冲击次数及本体表面温升作为状态量的带间隙氧化锌避雷器状态监测方法,研发了相应的间隙氧化锌避雷器在线监测装置。实验室测试结果表明该方法的有效性。Zinc oxide surge arrester with gap has been widely used in transmission lines. Due to its normal operation without leakage current,there is no effective live detection method to determine the performance degradation condition. Through the lightning impulse test of a 35 kV zinc oxide arrester,the quantitative relationship between the aging of the zinc oxide varistor and the amplitude of lightning impulses and the number of large current impacts was studied as well as the relationship between the temperature rise of the arrester body and the deterioration degree of the arrester when the high current is impacted. A state monitoring method for gapped zinc oxide arresters was proposed,in which zinc oxide surge arresters were used for large currents and body surface temperature rises as state variables. An on-line monitoring device for gapped zinc oxide arresters was developed. Laboratory test results show the effectiveness of the method.
