摘  要:为了降低污闪事故的威胁、了解绝缘子积污机理,研究人员在绝缘子积污特性方面做了许多工作,但仍少有针对均匀电场下的绝缘子积污特性的深入研究。为了研究均匀电场下绝缘子的积污特性,研制了一种用于均匀电场下人工积污试验的装置,该装置由恒温恒湿箱、无风试验罐以及粉尘发生器组成,使用多个测量装置监控试验区内的环境参数,并设计了相应的试验方法,按负反馈逻辑控制试验区内的环境参数。通过仿真计算与实际测量的手段对装置和方法的有效性做了初步研究,研究结果表明,该装置不仅能提供不同电压种类、场强可控的均匀电场,还能在试验区产生指定温度、湿度、尘粒粒径以及尘粒浓度的试验环境,满足人工积污试验的要求。In order to study the insulators contamination characteristics under uniform electric field,a test platform used for artificial contamination test under uniform electric field was developed,the test platform contains of a constant temperature and humidity chamber,a windless test chamber and a dust generator.Multiple measuring devices were used to monitor environment parameters in the test area. A corresponding test method was designed,the environmental parameters in the test area were controlled by negative feedback logic. The effectiveness of the device and method was preliminarily studied by simulation calculation and actual measurement. The experimental results showed that the platform not only can provide uniform electric fields with different voltage types and controllable electric field intensity,but also can produce the test environment with specified temperature,humidity,dust particle size and concentration in the test area. The platform meets the requirements of artificial contamination accumulation test.
