摘 要:复合绝缘子机械性能对电网安全运行至关重要。本文报道了广东地区、东北地区共计76支运行复合绝缘子3种金具连接方式的机械性能情况,结合试验结果阐述了3种主要端部连接方式下复合绝缘子的破坏形式及机械强度,对早期运行复合绝缘子的机械性能进行评价,结果表明:抽检复合绝缘子的芯棒表面有不同程度的裂痕;不同端部连接形式的复合绝缘子,其主要破坏形式不同,内楔式主要破坏形式是球头拉断、芯棒拉断和芯棒损坏,对应所占比例为44%、44%和12%,外楔式主要破坏形式是芯棒拉断、球头拉断、芯棒拉脱和芯棒损坏,对应所占比例为45%、27. 5%、25%和2. 5%,抽检的压接式绝缘子破坏形式均为芯棒拉脱。内楔式绝缘子机械强度比外楔式有较大的裕度、且分散性较小。挂网运行一段时间后,外楔式复合绝缘子机械性能下降明显。有3支绝缘子达到或接近标准规定退出运行的要求,另有5支机械破坏负荷也低于额定负荷。压接结构的复合绝缘子机械强度较高,但机械强度分散性较大,挂网运行后压接结构的机械性能下降,低于球杆的机械强度。Mechanical properties of composite insulators are essential for the safe operation of the power grid. The mechanical properties status of 76 composite insulators with 3 coupling types those are in service for Guangdong power grid and Northeast power grid are reported. Combining the test results,the destruction forms and mechanical strength of the composite insulators with three link fittings is explained,and the mechanical properties of early stage are evaluated. The results showed that there are different degrees of cracks in the core surface. The main destruction forms are different for the coupling types of the fittings are different. The main destruction forms of inner wedge type are the ball tensile failure,the core tensile failure,the core pulled off and the core damage,and the proportion is 44%,44% and 12%,respectively. For the outer wedge type,the main destruction forms are the core break,the ball head break,the core pulled off and the core damage,and the proportion is 45%,27. 5%,25% and 2. 5%,respectively. The core pulled off is the only destruction form of the sampling composite insulators. The mechanical strength of the inner wedge type insulator has a larger margin than the outer wedge type,and the dispersion is smaller. The mechanical properties decreased significantly for the outer wedge type after in service for some time. Three samplings are at or near the exit requirement and the mechanical breaking load of another five is lower than the rated load. The mechanical strength of the crimp structure is high,but the dispersion is large. The mechanical properties of crimp structure fall below the mechanical strength of the ball arm after service.
