摘 要:电网技改大修项目进度管控作为一个复杂的管理体系,具有不可预测性,管理者必须加强对项目进度管控的深入研究,提高生产技改大修工程全寿命周期精益化管理水平,才能实现企业的长远发展。文章针对电网技改大修项目实施进度难以管控这一问题,提出基于层次状态机的电网技改大修项目进度管控方法,实现生产技改检修工程项目进度的统筹,提升对工程各个环节的管控能力,建立项目进度标准模型,最大限度减轻工程管理人员的工作量,提高工作效率及工作。As a complex management system, the schedule control of the power grid technical renovation project is a complex management system, which is unpredictable. The manager must strengthen the in-depth study on the project schedule control and improve the lean management level of the whole life cycle of the production renovation project so as to realize the long-term development of the enterprise. In this paper, aiming at the problem that the implementation progress of the power grid renovation project is difficult to control, this paper puts forward the process control method based on the cost deviation of the power grid renovation project, realizes the overall planning of the project progress of the maintenance and repair project of the production technology, improves the control ability of each link of the project, and establishes the standard model of the item schedule, and maximizes the reduction. The workload of project management personnel, improve work efficiency and work.
