通用运算放大器增益带宽积应用特性分析

摘　　要：增益带宽积是选择运算放大器的一个重要参考指标,但选择时往往会忽略运放的相敏特性,选择不当会对电路特性特别是对相位敏感的电路带来灾难。文章对通用运放的增益带宽积特性进行了深入分析,得到了通用运放的增益带宽积经验选择方案,即在最高工作频率下能保证有20倍以上的放大倍数则可以不考虑相敏问题。文章从理论计算、仿真及实验验证了参数选择的正确性。The gain bandwidth product is an important reference for selecting an operational amplifier. But the phase-sensitive characteristics are often ignored when choosing. Improper selection of operational amplifiers can cause accident especially for phase sensitive circuit. The paper analyzes gain bandwidth product characteristics of universal operational amplifiers. And then obtains experience selection, that is, to take no account of the phase sensitive problem, the gain must be 20 or more in the highest working frequency. The correctness of the choice is verified by theoretical calculation, simulations and experiments.
