摘  要:润磨工艺能增加铁矿物表面活性和混合料塑性,改善物料的成球性能,提高生球质量,降低膨润土添加量。通过更换新型篦板、进料皮带适应性改造、优化介质比例等技术应用,润磨利用率提高到90%以上,生球合格率达到90%以上,膨润土消耗降低了8.83kg/t,生返矿量减少了30%。The grinding process can increase the surface activity of iron mineral and the plasticity of mix- ture, improve the bailing performance of materials, and reduce the addition amount of bentonite. Through replaling new type of grate plates, the adaptability transformation of feeding belts and the optimization of medium proportion and so on, the grinding utilization ratio of was enhanced to above 90%, the qualified rate of green pellets was improved to above 90%, the consumption of bentonite was reduced by 8.83 kg/ t, and the quantity of returned ore was decreased by 30%.
