摘  要:介绍了高炉炉喉煤气流分布检测常用的两种设备和三种检测方法,以及使用过程中出现的问题。针对十字测温只能取得几个离散的温度值、红外摄像机不能有效检测料面边缘温度和矿焦比需要假设条件等问题,提出了将三种不同特征信息计算的温度结果进行融合,最终实现了相对完整、准确的炉喉煤气流检测。This paper introduces two common equipment and three detection methods commonly used in blast furnace throat gas flow distribution detection. In view of the problem that the cross temperature measurement can only obtain several discrete temperature values,the infrared camera can not effectively detect the edge temperature of the Charge level and the requirement of the ore coke ratio,the idea of fusion of the temperature results calculated by three different characteristic information is proposed,and the relatively complete and accurate detection of the gas flow in the furnace throat is realized.
