摘　　要：介绍了一种高炉长寿节能直吹管,包括钢制外壳和内层预制管,以及钢制外壳和内层预制管之间填充的轻质隔热保温浇注料;列举了主要零部件材质,内层预制管模具设计、养护烘烤及组装工艺。总结了工业性实验结果。Longevity and a blast furnace energy saving straight blow pipe is introduced,including the steel casing and inner precast pipe,as well as the steel casing and inner light filled insulation between prefabricated pipe insulation castable; The main parts and materials are listed,the design of the inner tube precast tube mould,curing and curing and assembling process are listed. The results of industrial experiments were summarized.
