摘　　要：介绍了棒材锈蚀机理,给出了在线阻锈喷淋系统详细流程,并提供了机上喷淋装置及喷淋环的组成和结构,简析了阻锈喷淋的实践效果。本文对冶金行业棒线材阻锈系统的设计、制造和改造有参考价值。Theory of bar corrosion was introduced in this paper. The schemes of on-line spray system of bar anticorrosion were given. The components and structure of on-line spraying device including spraying rings were provided. The effects and problems of anticorrosion were simply analyzed. It is helpful to the design,manufacturing and rebuilding of bar anticorrosion systems of metallurgy.
