摘　　要：随着钢铁企业设备的不断更新进步,对设备的维护提出了更高的要求。连铸机是钢铁企业生产线中重要的组成部分,由于连铸机中存在大量的液压系统,所以液压系统的顺利运行直接影响到连铸正常生产。泄漏是连铸机液压系统的最大问题,能否控制住泄漏直接关系到液压系统是否正常运行。With the continuous update and progress of iron and steel enterprise equipment,higher requirements are put forward for the maintenance of the equipment. Continuous casting machine is an important part of production line in iron and steel enterprise. Due to the large number of hydraulic systems present in the caster,therefore,the smooth operation of the hydraulic system directly affects the normal production of continuous casting.Leakage is the biggest problem in the hydraulic system of continuous caster,whether the leakage can be controlled is directly related to the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
