摘  要:基于能量守恒定律,构建可应用于空间机构热防护的多层打孔隔热材料热性能分析计算模型,该模型考虑相邻两层反射屏间辐射换热、反射屏与间隔物接触导热、间隔物本身导热以及残余气体导热,能够准确预测多层打孔隔热材料内部传热特性。并在此基础上,进行了隔热材料热真空实验研究,以验证所建热分析计算模型的准确度。A thermal analysis model for multilayer perforated insulation material based on the energy conservation law was developed to predict its thermal protection characteristic. In the thermal analysis model the radiation heat transfer between the two adjacent reflective screens, the conduction between the reflective screen and spacer, and the conduction of residual gas are considered, which can accurately describe the heat transfer process inside the multilayer perforated insulation material. A thermal vacuum experiment was then carried out to validate the reliability of the established thermal model. It shows that the numerical predictions are in good agreement with the experimental results.
