静脉留置针预冲式冲管注射器冲封管与普通注射器冲封管效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较静脉留置针预冲式冲管注射器冲封管与普通注射器冲封管的效果。方法抽取天津中医药大学第一附属医院急症科收治的76例行静脉留置针输液治疗的患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组。分别给予两组普通注射器冲封管、预冲式冲管注射器冲封管,观察患者的静脉留置针留置时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组静脉留置针留置时间长于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论预冲式冲管注射器冲封管与普通注射器冲封管相比,前者用于静脉留置针输液患者,可延长患者静脉留置针的留置时间,降低静脉炎、堵管等不良反应的发生率。Objective to compare effect of washing and sealing pipe of preflushing syringe and common syringe of venous indwelling needle. Methods 76 cases intravenous indwelling needle injection patients treated in emergency department of Tianjin University of TCM the First Affiliated Hospital from February 2017 to October 2017 as study objects. Divide them into control group（38 cases） and observation group（38 cases） randomly. Use common syringe sealing and washing pipe and preflushing syringe sealing and washing pipe for two groups respectively, observe indwelling time, adverse reactions of venous indwelling needle of patients. Results indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle in observation group was longer than control group, incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion compared with ordinary syringe washing and sealing pipe, preflushing syringe washing and sealing pipe can prolong retention time, reduce incidence of phlebitis and tube plugging of venous indwelling needle infusion patients.
