摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节半月板损伤关节镜治疗术后膝关节周围局部皮温变化规律,为评估膝关节镜术后关节内炎症反应持续时间提供参考依据。方法选取30例关节镜下缝合手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的患者,检测术后各时间段双膝关节皮温的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果 30例患者随访时间为4周,半月板损伤关节镜术后患侧膝关节周围皮温升高,随着时间的延长,两侧的温差会逐渐下降,至术后第4周两侧皮温差异无统计学意义。结论膝关节半月板损伤关节镜术后,第4周两侧皮温差趋于正常,局部皮温增高提示关节内炎性反应。若温过高或持续时间过长应引起重视,警惕膝关节内感染的风险。Objective to investigate change rule of skin temperature around knee joint after arthroscopy for meniscus injury, to provide reference for evaluating duration of intra-articular inflammation of knee arthroscopy. Methods choose 30 cases knee joint meniscus injury patients treated with arthroscopic suture, carry on statistical analysis after detection of skin temperature changes of knee joint. Results with 4 weeks follow-up for 30 patients, skin temperature of affected side increased after arthroscopy, and temperature difference between both sides decreased gradually with time elapsing. That of 4 weeks after operation showed no significant difference between two sides. Conclusion after 4 weeks of arthroscopic operation of knee meniscus injury, temperature difference on both sides tends to be normal, local skin temperature increase indicates intra-articular inflammatory response. If temperature is too high or duration too long, it is necessary to pay attention to infection risks in knee joint.
