摘　　要：目的研究分析在手术室卫生管理工作中实施持续质量改进(CQI)对于提升手术室医护人员的手卫生依从性的效果。方法选取本院手术间连续5个常规工作日内参与手术的手术医师、护士,选取时间段为2017年1月至6月,为实施CQI之前,设为对照组,2017年7月至12月为实施CQI之后,设为观察组,分析两组人员的手卫生合格情况。结果观察组中洗手、外科手消毒、卫生手消毒的合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在持续质量改进的卫生管理模式下,手术医护人员的手卫生执行情况显著改善,合格率显著提升,人员的手卫生依从性得到了良好的增强。Objective to study and analyze effect of continuous quality improvement（CQI） to improve compliance of hand hygiene of medical staffs in operation room health management. Methods choose surgeons and nurses participated in operation during 5 routine days of operation in our hospital from January 2017 to June. Before CQI, staffs were included in control group. After CQI from July 2017 to December, staffs were included in observation group. Analyze hand hygiene qualification of two groups. Results qualified rates of hand washing, hand disinfection and hand disinfection in observation group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion under health management model of continuous quality improvement, hand hygiene of operating medical staffs has been improved significantly, qualification rate is improved significantly, and compliance of hand hygiene of staffs has been improved well.
