中医药治疗偏头痛90例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究中医内科治疗偏头痛90例临床疗效以及头痛指数评分变化。方法搜集157例偏头痛患者临床诊治资料行回顾性研究,其中90例行中医疗法,为观察组,67例行西药疗法,为参照组。结果观察组总有效率90.00%,明显高于对照组总有效率的68.66%,P<0.05;治疗前,观察组、对照组头部疼痛指数分别为(7.73±1.12)分、(7.68±1.96)分,(t=0.202,P>0.05),经1个月治疗后,依次为(3.73±1.11)分、(5.54±1.69)分,(t=7.624,P<0.05)。结论中医内科治疗能够提高偏头痛患者的临床疗效,促进患者康复,降低疼痛指数评分,其临床应用价值应予以肯定。Objective： to explore clinical effect of Chinese medicine in treatment of 90 cases migraine and headache index score changes. Methods collect clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 157 cases migraine patients for review and study. 90 cases in observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, 67 cases in control group with routine western medicine. Results total effective rate of observation group was 90%, significantly higher than 68.66% of control group, P〈0.05. Before treatment, head pain index of observation and control group was（7.73±1.12） and（7.68±1.96） respectively（t=0.202, P〉0.05）. 1 month after treatment, the index was（3.73±1.11） and（5.54±1.69）, respectively,（t=7.624, P〈0.05）. Conclusion, Chinese medicine treatment can improve clinical effect of migraine patients, promote rehabilitation and reduce pain index scores, it is necessary to affirm its clinical application value.
