摘　　要：目的研究脑梗塞给予针灸疗法并黄芪通络饮的临床效果。方法将2016年1月至2017年12月我院收治的180例脑梗塞患者随机分为观察组(n=90)和对照组(n=90)。对照组常规治疗。观察组针灸疗法并黄芪通络饮治疗。治疗2个月后观察治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论脑梗塞给予针灸疗法并黄芪通络饮的临床效果显著,值得临床广泛应用。Objective to study clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Huangqi vein relaxing drink in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods divide 180 cases cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 into observation group（n=90） and control group（n=90） randomly. Control group was treated with routine treatment, and observation group with acupuncture and moxibustion and Huangqi vein relaxing drink. After 2 months of treatment, observe curative effect. Results total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group, P0.05. Conclusionacupuncture and moxibustion combined with Huangqi vein relaxing drink has significant clinical effect for cerebral infarction, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
