基于护理弱项分析的针对性强化护理在纯母乳喂养行为促成黄金期中的应用

摘　　要：目的．分析基于护理弱项分析的针对性强化护理在纯母乳喂养行为促成黄金期中的应用效果。方法选取针对性强化护理模式实施前（2016年7—10月）和实施后（2016年10～12月）于该院分娩的单胎初产妇作为研究对象。实施前后产妇组分别设为对照组与观察组，各80例。对照组接受常规母乳喂养干预，观察组在对照组基础上采用基于护理弱项分析的针对性强化护理。比较两组产妇干预后相关观察指标的差异性。结果观察组产妇干预后母乳喂养知识掌握度评分和纯母乳喂养率显著高于对照组，乳房肿胀发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论在纯母乳喂养行为促成黄金期内采用基于护理薄弱点分析的针对性强化护理对产妇进行干预，可显著提高产妇母乳喂养知识掌握度和纯母乳喂养率，降低乳房肿胀发生率。Objective To analyze the application effect of intensive nursing based on nursing weakness analy- sis in the golden period of pure breastfeeding. Methods The single first parturients who gave birth in this hospital be- fibre （from July to October 2016） and after （from October to December 2016） the implementation of the intensive care model were selected as the research objects. Before and after the implementation of the maternal group were Set as the control group and the observation group, 80 cases of each group. The control group received routine breastfeeding inter- vention. On the basis of the control group, the observation group adopted intensive nursing based on nursing weakness analysis. The differences of related observation indexes after intervention were compared between the two groups, Re- suits The rate of breast feeding knowledge and pure breastfeeding in theobservation group were significantly higher than in the control group, the incidence of breast swelling was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion During the golden period of pure breast-feeding be- havior, the intervention of intensive nursing based on the analysis of nursing vulnerability could significantly improve the knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding rate of parturients and reduce the incidence of breast swelling.
