“五位一体”中医护理健康管理模式在慢性肾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨“五位一体”中医护理健康管理模式在慢性肾病患者健康管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2016年1—12月收治的慢性肾病1—3期患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式，观察组患者运用“五位一体”中医护理健康管理模式，包括生活起居指导、中医适宜技术应用、辨证施食、药物指导及情志调护五个方面的护理方法。结果观察组患者生存质量、焦虑程度、治疗积极性、服药依从性、随访率及中医证候积分改善情况均明显高于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论采取“五位一体”中医护理健康管理模式对促进慢性。肾病患者的康复意义重大。Objective To explore the application effect of＂ Five-in-One＂ traditional Chinese medicine nursing health management model in the health management of patients with chronic nephropathy. Methods A total of 80 pa- tients with chronic kidney disease stage 1 -3 admitted to the hospital from January to December 2016 were selected, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases of each group. The observation group ap- plied the ＂Five-in-One＂ TCM nursing and health management model, which included five nursing methods ： living and living guidance, application of TCM appropriate technologies, dialectical feeding, drug guidance and emotional nursing. Results The quality of life, anxiety, therapeutic motivation, medication compliance, follow-up rate and improvement traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The adoption of the ＂Five-in-One＂ traditional Chinese medicine nursing health management mode! is of great significance for promoting the health of patients with chronic nephropathy.
