摘　　要：M2(W6Mo5Cr4V2)是通用高速钢代表钢种,具有良好的韧性、红硬性和热加工性等优点,广泛应用于车床刀具制造。为节约车刀采购成本,本研究利用酒钢中试工厂设备对M2高速钢车刀进行试制开发,并与外购刀具进行对比。结果表明,M2钢种生产工艺基本合理,自主开发的车刀与外购车刀寿命基本一致,满足车削刀具的使用要求。M2 （W6Mo5Cr4V2） is the representative steel of the general-purpose high- speed steel with good toughness, red hardness and hot workability, and is widely used in lathe tool manufacturing. In order to save the cost of procurement of the turning tool, the M2 high-speed steel turning tool was developed by the pilot plant of JISCO and compared with the purchased tool. The results show that the production process of M2 steel is basically reasonable, and the self-developed turning tools are basically the same as the outsourcing cutting tools, which meets the requirements of turning tools.
