摘　　要：本文针对酒钢储运部2#翻车机作业过程中物料大块制约翻车机卸车效率的问题作了详细的原因分析,并通过推广应用清箅破碎机解决该问题,为持续提高翻车机作业效率提供了依据。In this paper, a detailed reason analysis is made for the problem that the bulk material restricts the unloading efficiency during the operation of No.2 dumper in Storage and Transportation Department of JISCO. The problem is solved by promoting the application of grate crusher to provide the basis for continuously improving the efficiency of the dumper.
