摘　　要：酒钢选烧厂1#2#烧结机系统二次混合四条给料皮带原设计采用中部驱动形式,因原设计结构形式不尽合理,导致运输带使用寿命较短、故障频发。本文通过分析影响混合机给料皮带使用寿命的因素,进而对其驱动形式进行改进,有效延长了运输带的使用寿命,遏制了故障频发的态势。The original design of four feeding belts of secondary mixer for No.1 and 2 sintering machines adopts middle drive form in Sintering Plant of JIS.CO. Due to the unreasonable structure of the original design, the service belt has a short service life and frequent failures. In this paper, by analyzing the factors affecting the service life of the mixer feeding belt, the driving form is improved, which effectively prolongs the service life of the conveyor belt and curbs the situation of frequent failures.
