榆钢棒材一工序轧制角钢电机增容技术的应用

摘　　要：为了提高经济效益、提高产品质量、促进产品升级换代、降低成本、节约能耗,增强终端产品市场竞争力,2016年榆钢轧钢作业区棒材一工序积极响应公司号召,对现有的生产线进行技术改造,以满足生产50~70mm槽钢、36~63mm角钢和50mm×6mm^100mm×7mm扁钢等产品的能力。本文结合榆钢棒材现有的实际情况,简要分析其现场配置及结构形式、控制系统,并介绍在调试和生产实践中发生的故障,分析了故障产生的原因,并提出了解决方法。In order to improve economic efficiency and product quality, promote product upgrading, reduce costs, save energy consumption, and enhance the market competitiveness of end products, the existing production line is technically modified to meet the production capacity of 50-70mm channel steel, 36-63mm angle steel and 50mm × 6mm-100mm ×7mm fiat steel in Yuzhong Steel Bar in 2016. Based on the existing actual situation of Yuzhong, its field configuration and structure, control system and the faults during commissioning and production are briefly introduced, the causes of the faults and proposes solutions are analyzed.
