摘　　要：2018年下半年以来,在稳中求进的总基调下,部分以实体公司为载体的票据中介,借助银行做通道做转贴现业务,借助券商做通道做票据资管业务,不仅诱发金融乱象回潮,还有可能潜藏系统性票据案件隐患,亟待引起关注。Since the second half of 2018, under the general tone of steady progress, some of the bill intermediaries with the entity company as the carrier have used the bank as a channel to do the discounting business. With the help of brokers to do the channel asset management business, it not only induces the resurgence of financial chaos, but also the potential hidden dangers of systematic bills, which needs to be concerned.
