摘　　要：大学基层学术组织是近30多年来国内高等教育改革发展中的热点话题。运用CiteSpace文献计量分析软件,以CNKI数据库刊载的979篇主题词文献为研究对象,对近30多年来我国大学基层学术组织研究的热点领域、主题演进与前沿进展进行可视化分析发现,"学术权力""现代大学制度""教授治学"与"内部治理结构"是该领域的热点主题。针对"双一流"背景下研究热度的回落趋势,我国大学基层学术组织研究应从"学科""学术""学人"3个维度再出发,开拓基于学科交叉融合的协同创新机制研究,深化基于学术权力彰显的内部治理结构研究,加强基于学人契约认同的组织文化场域研究。The university basic academic organization is a hot topic in the reform and development of higher education in the past administrator more than 30 years. Using the citespace,based on the dataset of CNKI for 979 papers,an visualization analysis has been made on the hotspot,evolution theme and frontier issues concerning of university basic academic organization in our country for nearly 30 years. And We can find that the hotspots include the concept of ＂academic power＂ ＂modern university system＂, ＂academic governance of professors＂ and＂internal governance structure＂. In the context of ＂Double World-class＂,the research on grassroots academic organizations in universities in China should start from the three dimensions of ＂discipline＂, ＂Administrator scholarship＂ and ＂scholar＂,explore the mechanism of collaborative innovation based on cross-disciplinary integration,deepen the research on internal governance structure based on academic power,and strengthen the research on organizational culture field based on the agreement of the scholar.
