摘　　要：目的:对某医学院校A型行为类型医学生分布及心理健康现状进行调查,为今后有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供一定的数据支持。方法:采用A型行为类型问卷(Type A Behavior Pattern Scale,TABP)对某医学院校医学生A型行为类型医学生的分布情况进行检测,结合症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)综合探讨A型行为类型医学生与非A型行为类型医学生心理健康之间的差异。结果:在493名医学生中检出A型行为类型医学生34人,A型行为类型医学生的检出率为6. 89%。A型行为类型医学生在SCL-90的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、敌对性、恐怖、偏执及精神病性7个单因子得分均高于非A型行为类型医学生,且在敌对性及偏执2个单因子得分差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); A型行为类型医学生在SCL-90的抑郁和焦虑及3个单因子得分低于非A型行为类型医学生,但差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:A型行为类型医学生与非A型行为类型医学生心理健康之间存在一定差异。Objective：To investigate the distribution and mental health status of type A behavior medical students in a medical college, and to provide some data support for mental health education. Methods： Type A Behavior Pattern Scale （TABP） was used to examine the distribution of type A behavior type medical students in a medical college. Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） was used to explore the psychological health of type A behavior type medical students and non-type A behavior type medical students.The difference between Kang. Results：34 medical stu- dents with type A behavior were found among 493 medical students, and the detection rate of type A behavior was 6.89%. The scores of somati- zation, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, hostility, phobia, paranoia and psychosis of SCL-90 were higher in type A behavior medical stu- dents than those of non-type A behavior medical students,and the scores of hostility and paranoia were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. And anxiety and three single factor scores were lower than non-A behavior type medical students, but the difference was not statistically signifi- cant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion：There are some differences in mental health between type A and non-type A behavior medical students.
