摘　　要：利用HCV RNA阳性血清感染人类单核细胞(U_(?)37),并利用RT-PCR测定感染后的产物,于感染后的第2天、第4天和第7天发现HCV RNA的正、负链。结果表明,采用本方法可以建立HCV RNA体外感染人类单核细胞的模型,并有病毒复制现象。After adopting positive serum of HCV-RNA to infect the human mononuclear cell (U937), determined the infected product with RT-PCR, At, 2, 4 and 7 days after infection found the normal chain and minus strand. The result showed that by this method can set up the model of Hepatitis C Virus to infect the human mononuclear cell in vitro and lead to the replication of Virus.
