摘  要:肝脏肿瘤起病隐匿,早期症状不明显,就诊时肿瘤多数生长巨大。三维可视化、虚拟现实、3D打印、吲哚菁绿(indocyanine green,ICG)分子荧光影像技术等数字医学技术对巨块型肝脏肿瘤进行以血管为轴心的术前规划及诊疗,在制定个体化手术方案、精确测定残肝体积、术中界定肿瘤边界和降低手术并发症等方面发挥着积极作用,实现了巨块型肝脏肿瘤解剖性、功能性、根治性的手术治疗。The onset of liver tumors is concealed,and the early symptoms are not obvious.Most of the tumors grow enormously at the time of treatment.Digital medical techniques such as three-dimensional visualization,virtual reality,3D printing,indocyanine green(ICG)molecular fluorescence imaging in preoperative planning and diagnosis of huge hepatic tumors on the axis of the blood vessels,play a significant role in the development of individualized surgical plan,accurate measuring of future liver remnant,intraoperative definition of tumor boundaries and reduction of surgical complications,thereby achieving anatomical,functional and radical surgical treatment of huge hepatic tumors.
