贞芪扶正颗粒对肺结核化疗患者免疫功能及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨贞芪扶正颗粒对肺结核患者免疫功能及炎症因子的影响。方法将94例肺结核患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用利福喷丁化疗方案治疗。观察组在对照组基础上,采用贞芪扶正颗粒治疗。检测二组治疗前后免疫功能指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NKT细胞)和炎症因子(IL-4、IFN-γ、IL-6、MMP-9)的水平。记录二组的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显升高,NKT细胞明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,NKT细胞低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);二组治疗后的IL-4、IL-6、MMP-9明显降低,IFN-γ明显升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的IL-4、IL-6、MMP-9低于对照组,IFN-γ高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贞芪扶正颗粒能进一步改善肺结核患者的免疫功能,降低炎症因子的表达。Objective To explore the effect of Zhen Qi Fuzheng granule on immune function and inflammatory factors in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 94 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with Rifapentin,while the study group was treated with Zhen Qi Fuzheng Granule on the basis of the control group.The levels of immune function（CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,NKT cells）and inflammatory factors（IL-4,IFN-γ,IL-6,MMP-9）in the two groups before and after treatment were detected.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,CD3＋,CD4＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ increased significantly,while NKT cells decreased significantly（P〈0.05）in the two groups;and the CD3＋,CD4＋and CD4＋/CD8＋of the study group were higher than those of the control group,but the NKT cells were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The IL-4,IL-6 and MMP-9 of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the levels of IFN-γwas increased significantly（P〈0.05）.The IL-4,IL-6 and MMP-9 of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and IFN-γwas higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Zhen Qi Fuzheng granule can further improve the immune function and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
