摘 要:针对煤矿膏体充填技术管道泵送系统在充填过程中充填管道容易堵管且难清理的问题,以某矿膏体充填为研究背景,通过研制防堵管卸料阀门、充填管路在线监测预警系统、管道自动控制工艺阀等设备,并提出满管自流清洗技术,克服了管道泵送系统的缺点。In order to solve complex process,low effciency and large amount of dust on pipeline pumping system of paste backfilling in coal mine,the technique of first screening and breaking was proposed based on original the screening test of gangue particle size. Then optimization solutions were developed,including rational use of grading sieve, location and function selection of the jaw crusher and high fine crusher,improvement of the gangue impurity removal system,melioration of pipeline dust removal system etc.. By this optimized system,the safety and efficiency of paste backfilling system could be ensured.
