摘 要:分析了扩孔过程中围岩的受力情况,并采用ABAQUS有限元数值模拟软件模拟单翼扩孔装置在煤、砂质泥岩中在不同围压下的扩孔效果。通过对扩孔段的成孔效果和最大扩孔直径进行分析,得出了在相同围压作用下,扩孔段直径与围岩的强度呈负相关;同种围岩条件下,扩孔段最大直径与围压呈负相关的特性,并验证了在煤及软弱围岩内能达到较好的扩孔效果。The stress of surrounding rock was analyzed, and ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation software was used to simulate the effect of the diffuser under different confining pressures in coal and sandy mudstone. Through the analysis of the hole forming effect and the maximum hole diameter of the enlarged hole, it is concluded that the diameter of the enlarged hole is negatively correlated with the strength of the surrounding rock under the same confining pressure. Under the condition of the same surrounding rock, the maximum diameter and confining pressure of the enlarged hole are negatively correlated, and it is proved that the effect of better reaming can be achieved in coal and weak surrounding rock.
