摘 要:通过TRIZ创新原理分析了当前矿用防爆车辆的发展趋势,并找出影响纯电动防爆车辆续驶里程的主要因素。利用TRIZ创新工具,解决了纯电动防爆车辆轻量化设计中的防爆电源箱减重和悬架系统减重问题,采用防爆圆筒薄壁蓄电池箱技术和空气弹簧悬架技术使得车辆整备质量降低近20%,续驶里程提升10%。利用TRIZ相关原理进行纯电动防爆车辆的轻量化设计是矿机设计领域中的有益探索。The development tendency of mine flame-ptoof vehicle was analyzed based on TRIZ theory, and the key factors influenced driving range of flame-proof battery electric vehicle (FPBEV) was confirmed through causal method. TRIZ innovative tools were used to resolve weight reduction problem of flame-proof battery enclosure and vehicle suspension system during the lightweight design of FPBEV. The technologies of flame-proof thin wall cylinder battery enclosure and pneumatic spring suspension were proposed to realize mass reduction for 20% and driving range extension for 10% of FPBEV. The usage of TRIZ theory in lightweight design of FPBEV was a helpful exploration in the area of mine machinery design.
