摘 要:针对直墙半圆拱U型钢支架截面应力规律分布问题,通过直墙半圆拱U型钢支架所使用的金属材料进行拉伸实验,获取其材料属性参数,并基于实验参数,采用数值模拟分析了不同型号直墙半圆拱U型钢支架截面剪切应力、轴向正应力以及Mises应力,得出结论:支架的切应力分布复杂,轴向正应力及Mises关于中性轴线性分布且远大于剪切应力,最大正应力和最大Mises应力基本相同,出现的位置相同,因此可以采用最大正应力代替最大Mises应力来校核支架的强度。Regarding the problem of section stress distribution of U-snaped support formed by straight wall and semicircular arch, obtains the material property parameters through metal material tensile experiments of the U-shaped support. And based on the experimental parameters, the numerical simulation analysis of the different type of the U-shaped support was performed, which analyses shear stress, axial normal stress and Mises of the U-shaped support. The results show that shear stress distribution was complex, axial normal stress and Mises were linearly distributed across neutral axis and were greater than the shear stress, and the maximum normal stress and the maximum Mises stress were in the same location, so the maximum Mises stress can be used instead of the maximum normal stress to check the strength of the U-shaped support.
