摘 要:为了提高镐形截齿的疲劳寿命,利用ABAQUS软件对镐形截齿结构建模并对其典型工况下的静力学进行分析,根据得到的应力分布云图和位移分布云图确定其危险位置。在静力学分析结果的基础上,运用FE-SAFE软件对镐形截齿进行疲劳寿命分析。结果表明,镐形截齿的硬质合金头与合金头齿体连接处为应力集中区域,截齿齿尖部分的变形位移最大,最大位移0.09 mm,镐形截齿疲劳寿命最小值分布在硬质合金头与齿体的连接处,为以后提高镐形截齿疲劳寿命提供了一定的理论基础。In order to improve the fatigue life of conical pick, by using ABAQUS for structural modeling of the conical pick and static analysis.According to the displacement and stress clouds of pick cutter, the risk position is determined. Based on the static analysis, fatigue life analysis of conical pick with FE-SAFE fatigue analysis software. The results show that the stress concentrations on the region of pick body connecting with cemented carbide peak ,the deformation displacement of the cemented carbide peak is maximum, and the maximum displacement is 0.09 mm, The minimum value of fatigue life of the conical pick is located at the joint between cemented carbide peak and pick body. Provides a theoretical basis for improving fatigue life of the conical pick.
