摘 要:为了探索高效的破碎解离分选技术,以神东上湾煤为研究对象,采用气流粉碎-分级系统进行煤中矿物质的迁移特征研究。结果表明:在冲击粉碎-分级作用下,布袋产品的灰分、硫分均较高,中间产物分级二产品的灰分、硫分含量较低,表现出较明显的提质特征。分级产品中灰分梯度和硫分梯度最高达到11.27%、0.42%。矿物质在分级产品中出现了明显的迁移特征。In order to explore an efficient pulverization liberation and separation technology, the Shangwan coal of Shenhua Shendong coal group limited liability companies was used as object of study, and the mineral migration characteristics of coal have been researched by air jet pulverization-classification system. The results show that the ash content and sulfur content of bag filter are higher, while that of intermediate product of classified-Ⅱproduct is relatively lower under the effect of impact pulverization-classification, which represents an obvious quality-upgrading characteristic. The highest ash content gradient and sulfur content gradient between classified products are 11.27% and 0.42% respectively. The minerals of classified products appear an obvious migration characteristic.
