摘  要:采用卧式管式炉和小型气体质谱仪,详细探究了煤热解时H_2S、SO_2、COS和CS2等气态硫化物的逸出规律,分析了CO、CO_2、CH_4和H_2等气体小分子的逸出特征及与气态硫逸出的相互关系。实验结果表明:煤热解过程中,气态硫主要以SO_2的形式逸出,COS次之,H_2S和CS2几乎没有逸出;煤热解过程中含氧官能团的分解,利于SO_2和COS的生成和逸出。The transformation characteristics of gaseous sulfur during coal pyrolysis was investigated by using a horizontal tube furnace coupled with a gas mass spectrometer analyzer. The transformation characteristics of various gaseous sulfur such as H2S, SO2, COS and CS2 at different temperatures during coal pyrolysis were studied. The escape characteristics of gases include CO, CO2, CH4 and H2 were also explored. The experimental results show that the main gaseous sulfur is SO2 during pyrolysis. The transformation of COS is very limited. However, there is no H2S and CS2 during pyrolysis. The decomposition of oxygen-containing functional groups is favor to the formation of SO2 and COS during coal pyrolysis.
