摘 要:目的对某企业喷漆车间整改前后苯系物的浓度进行调查比对,评价职业病危害防护设施的效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查,职业卫生检测,采用检查表法、类比法对某企业存在的职业病危害进行综合分析。结果此次工程改造前后车间工人接触的苯系物超标率分别为65%和0%,改造后车间工人接触苯系物的浓度均低于职业接触限值。结论此次工程整改防毒设施达到预期控制效果。Objective To evaluate the protecting effect of occupational hazards by investigating and comparing the concentration of benzene series in the painting workshop before and after a renovation of protective measures. Methods A synthetically analysis was conducted with method of check table and analogy analysis by investigation of occupational health and detection of occupational hazards factor.Results The over standard rate of benzene series in the painting workshop before and after the renovation of protective measures respectively was 65% and 0%. The concentration of benzene series met the requirements of the occupational exposure limits after the renovation of engineering control measures.Conclusion The desired effect is obtained after the renovation of protective measures.
