摘  要:目的探讨通过减轻患者全膝关节置换术术后隐性失血来减轻患者肢体肿胀及疼痛的方法。方法将2015年4月-2018年1月中国人民武装警察部队总医院骨科收治的386例膝关节骨性关节炎实施全膝关节置换术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各193例。术后对照组采用自治10%盐水冰袋联合弹力绷带包扎冷敷;观察组用普通冰袋冷敷,均持续5d,每天验指血,查血常规1次。结果观察组隐性失血量显著少于对照组,下肢肿胀、疼痛程度显著轻于对照组,肿胀及疼痛消退时间显著短于对照组(均P〈0.05)。结论10%盐水冰袋联合弹力绷带持续加压冷敷可有效减少隐性失血量,从而减轻全膝关节置换术后膝关节肿胀和疼痛,加快肿胀、疼痛消退,促进患肢早日功能锻炼。Objective To study on cold compress of reducing recessive blood loss, swelling and pain in patients with total knee arthroplasty. Methods 386 patients with knee osteoarthritis who had undergone total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with self-contained 10% saline ice packs combined with elastic bandages and cold compress; the control group was treated with common cold packs.All patients were observed for 5 days. The finger blood test was checked once a day for all patients. Results There was a significant difference in recessive blood loss, swelling and pain between in two group (all P 〈 0.05). Furthermore, the swelling and pain in observation group were significantly' shorter than those in the control group (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It could be effective for patients with total knee arthroplasty to reduce recessive blood loss, swelling and pain by using 10% saline ice pack combined with elastic bandage continuous cold compress.
