摘　　要：目的通过远程疼痛管理平台，提升野战条件下的救治能力，提高伤病员治疗及愈后恢复的效果。方法研制一套野战远程疼痛管理系统，针对伤病员战地救治、转运后送、术中术后等全过程给予有效的管理手段。结果研究的野战远程疼痛管理系统，有效减轻并改善了伤病员的疼痛感和战场心理恐惧感，缓解了医护人员数量少、人力不足的矛盾，提升了医疗管理效能和医疗救治质量。结论本项目不仅能够有效应用于野战卫勤任务，而且可以广泛用于抗震救灾等突发医疗救治工作，以及医疗机构平时的患者疼痛管理支持，具有军事、经济与社会效益前景。Objective Through the remote pain management platform, the ability to treat under field conditions is improved, the effect that the treatment and the recovery of the wounded and sick people is promoted. Methods Develop a field remote pain management system to provide effective pain management tools for the wounded and sick in the field of treatment, transport and delivery, and during operation and post operation. Result The field remote pain management system effectively mitigates and improves the ache of the wounded and the psychological fear of the battlefield, alleviates the contradiction of medical staff＇ s shortage, and improves the effect of medical management and the quality of medical treatment. Conclusion The project can not only be effectively applied to field medical service tasks, but also can be widely used in emergency medical treatment such as earthquake relief, as well as patient pain management support in medical institutions. It has great military, economic and social benefits orosnects.
